Our product is inspired by traditional recipes which we adopted to today’s needs and realities. Instead of 17% sugar we have naturally sweetened our dessert by adding low calorie Erythritol and Stevia. Zero sugar, nothing artificial. The topping is a blend of diced pistachios and almonds enhanced with the addition of scented pose petals and dried cranberries

For people who cannot or choose not to eat dairy or soy, almonds are a gift. These tree nuts are nutrient rich and contain antioxidants. Plus they make for a really tasty base for dairy-free milks and ice creams.
Almond milk has been in use since the middle Ages, when it was used in cooking as a substitute for cow’s milk. Almond milk stores well, so medieval cooks used it instead of cow’s milk, which spoils rapidly without refrigeration and had to be immediately processed into butter or cheese for storage.
Almonds are rich in protein, fibre, magnesium, selenium, manganese, zinc, potassium, iron, phosphorus, trytophan and calcium. The high levels of antioxidant vitamin E in almond milk make it effective in the prevention of cancer and can slow the signs of aging.

Coconut milk from a nutritional perspective is an excellent choice. It is high in saturated fatty acids and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT). These have varied benefits on your health and are burned easily as fuel for your body unlike other fatty acids. MCTs are particularly beneficial in that they don’t require bile acids for digestion. They are directly shunted to the liver via the portal vein.

Coconut milk contains lauric acid, antimicrobial lipids and capric acid. These have antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. However despite some fats being good, we can all agree that unnecessary extra fat is something we can do without. The rice milk helps give the yoghurt body and mouth-feel and contributes so little to the fat and calorie count.
